Install the roller holder onto the machine(Loosen the screw install the holder on the machine), place the wooden board on the holder, and place the plastic board on the wooden board

According to the size of the machine's oil tank, open the side protective plate of the machine and add 46 # hydraulic oil, which is about 80% of the tank capacity, with a minimum of not less than 50 millimeters above the oil pipe.

Remove sundries from the worktable and put the cutting knife in the center of the plastic board.

Turn on the power switch as soon as the power indicator starts to light up.

Click the motor start button. After the motor starts.

Release the handle. Then, open the die-cutting setting and upper pressing board will slowly down.When the upper pressing board will slowly down to the cutting knife,moving the handle to the bottom and lock the handle, then close the die-cutting setting.

adjust the 1s time-relay to 0, and Press the green switchs to perform the downward cutting. Check if the product has been cut. If not, fine-tune the time relay until it is cut off.adjust 0.01 each time.
